What platform is this site using?

    Anyone know what platform the site TeamSugar.com is utilizing?

    I have a friend that wants a site built that has all the interactive things this site uses, but I have yet to build a site this elaborate.

    Need the user profiles, chats, groups, individual user blogs, sharing stuff.

    Is there a software that plugs in to a website to do this, is it free or expensive.

    Anyone recommendations would help. Also would like referrals to have someone build this for me (for a reasonable fee of course).

    They are using drupal heavily modified.

    Thanks for that link Spillthebeans. That pretty much tells all about that site/network.

    Now I just need to find someone to do this for me on a smaller scale.
