    i want to sell many my used stuff such as : my camera,TV,etc.

    what plateform is proper for them ?

    should i get license for selling my stuff ?

    Since your will be an one off sale, you should go to eBay only. Why to create a new site for selling some old stuff which will require a lot of your resources for creating and maintenance ? Ebay will be the best option.

    eBay is a good platform if you just want to sell your old stuff in a short time. For long, you can choose some easy to set up platform such as Wordpress, Magento,...
    I am using Wordpress themes for my ecommerce site, and it run really good, especially those responsive ones.

    Depend on what you're selling. If you're just selling random stuff you can try these craigslist.org, ebay.com, shopvido.com, oddle.com backpage.com, olx.com, kijiji.com, hipswap.com

    You can place it on following platform like ebay, Amazon, Groupon or on other bulk deal websites.

    A part form these you can create a campaign in Google adwords, Bing ads etc.

    Rest, you can create an Online Store for your website where you can add your products like TV, Camera and sell it through Google Adword.

    And if you wanted to sell it in India then you can choose Flipcart, Snapdeal :)

    you can start your own ecommerce site, if you are looking to start it for free, you can use Zeuscart open source script, easy to start.
