I'm just wondering. I get like 99% from Google, and I want to diversify a bit. How?

Some sites get a bigger percentage from yahoo than another. Kind of depends on what the site is, and how it is optimized. Generally google takes the cake though.

    3. yahoo / organic 12.64%

    1. google 68.39%
    2. yahoo 26.54%
    3. bing 2.16%
    4. search 1.81%
    5. yandex 0.48%

as Google contains 70% of search market so its obious that the most of the traffic from this search engine should be and that you can even see through the people who have answered you that.

I too have some blogs but very little traffic but that traffic too from Google.

thats nothing to be worried about. Most people get more than 90% from google.
especially with more search engines like bing, facebook, twitter, etc..yahoo is ought to go down..as in the percentage,

I don't know how true this is, but I heard Yahoo! gives lower rank to sites with Google AdSense. maybe you have Google AdSense?
