0% at current. Outsourcing is undoubtedly handy if you have too much work and not enough staff, however I would be concerned about outsourcing too much as you may find the quality not as you would like.
25-50% You're going to get the best quality by doing your own work(hopefully), but there are a lot of tasks that I need to get done, but are not maximizing my capabilities. To compare it to a business office, you don't have the CEO scrubbing toilets, it has to get done, but anyone can do that task, not anyone can manage a company.
80% - I outsource 80% of my coding, designing and customer management work. You have to go through a few people and firms but when you find some you can work well with you can have a good business relationship
Currently 1% coz now the economic is though and i received a few contract from client. Actually,i don't plan to outsource my work due to the quality control. But its seem that my employee cannot cope with the work load, and as the result,i only outsource to selected company.Outsource is not good coz we cannot control the quality and if unlucky it will spoil our hard earn reputation.
I outsource all of my sales department. This involves creating customer leads, making sales and basically liquidating my stock. I find outsourcing my sales makes my job a hell of a lot easier, and frees up majority of my time. I strongly recommend people to outsource your work. It may take a while to find the right company or individual who meets your needs, but when you do find this person(s), you will have a lot more leisure time, and also lower your overheads; creating more profit for yourself. Outsourcing in a large scale has many positive and negative characteristics. First of all, outsourcing a lot of work can sometimes lead to some departments lacking. It is very hard to control everyone and check up on them, to make sure they're doing what you're paying them to do. But it also has many positive things. Outsourcing a lot of work can lead to (as stated above) increase of profits. Outsourcing usually lowers your expenses, so obviously you're going to be making more money.
You're all talking about not outsourcing due to quality control, and I completely agree with this. Recently I decided I was going to start a blog in a high paying Adsense niche with the intention of selling it on, but I had some spare cash in my Paypal so I though 'yeah, why not?', and outsourced some of the article work. I was half way through a sale yesterday when it turned out the articles I had written for me didn't pass Copyscape. Now, I'm lucky the buyer was so understanding, but it was extremely embarassing for me and if it was someone else it could have really ruined my reputation. For this reason I'm trying to do a lot of the work myself, I'm just outsourcing every now and again now to keep me sane, but I'll definately be keeping a closer eye on the next person I employ...
