What percentage of my competitors backlinks are PRx ? +Rep points

Is there a tool somewhere where i can check what percentage of my competitors backlinks are PRx ?

How come in the iwebtool it doesnt show all the back links when i need to check each PR?

For example, http://www.iwebtool.com/link_popularity?domain=http://www.jobwings.com/

I need to check how many of those are PRx

I think there is a feature of this on SeoSpyGlass it analyses all the links and gives you reports on which ones have what PR. It also gives you some stats.
