Paypal and google checkout are the cheapest options without opening a dedicated merchant account. Alert Pay seems quite reliable and I have used Moneybookers in the past but its a bit expensive for small transactions as the upload fees are quite high on small amounts.

if you put adyen.com as your gateway people can pay by cash, paypal, creditcards or anything they want.

in India they can buy an ItzCash card and use that to pay if they wanted. in S.America they can do cash deposits

    pays out 2x a week

problem isn't paying in, it's paying the vendors out. should offer cash transfers like western union, anelik, or get a bank in belize and send out ATM cards that can be reloaded programmers can withdraw with in any country.

Paypal is risky, as it has a horrible reputation for freezing accounts and withholding funds unless members surrender personal bank account information. Payoneer, on the other hand, is not only free from that type of abuse, it's additionally available at popular freelancing sites. You can learn more about Payoneer at http://www.payoneer.com.

Paypal consistently changes the rules for its Indian members, often freezing their money, or restricting when, where, and how they can use their accumulated funds.

Yes they have as PayPal in India as PayPal Pvt Ltd. Haven't you noticed your Mini Statement or Statement of your PayPal withdrawal as Payment by NEFT from PayPal Pvt Ltd. What do you understand NEFT then? That means PayPal is having its Indian Office, registered as PayPal Pvt Ltd. Payoneer also the same, so they are imposing the same rule.
