    Under arms, and all the place that matter most should be washed first. I learned this when living in Antarctica for a few months, temperatures would reach below freezing and we first had to learn to survive through bathing. If you wash your head in such extreme cold your body heat will dissipate so quickly that the excess water on your scalp will literally cook your brain.
