I'm curious which paid directories you guys use - what really gives you the most bang for your buck and why.

I know yhaoo is the most expensive, but then there's the bcentral business directory http://sbd.bcentral.com/ that I think offers great value.

I bet there are 20 directories out there that are worth it for long term sites, I just don't know what they are.

I seem to recall one of you guys having a listing directory of directories that included ratings, but I can't seem to find it.

maybe for some categories with very few entries... i have a tech job search site which i was considering adding to sbd.bcentral. however, when i go to the directory and navigate to Business to Business > Jobs Careers and Work, there are no sub-categories (e.g. by industry>IT). all you get is this list http://sbd.bcentral.com/177.aspx with 9 pages of listings all piled in together (nursing jobs in Virginia with Accounting jobs in Australia, etc). chances are your listing will be at the end of that list (last page) with no PR and next to zero visibility (who would navigate through pages of stuff?)
