    Hi everyone
My company develops and sells software for webmasters (cms). And as most of companies of that kind we need to create and support user manual for our product. So my question is: What software package is the best for writing and maintaining documentation for users?
We need to generate html and pdf versions and be able to change the layout of generated documents. Is there anyone with experience in writing user documentation for software products?
    P.S. Currently we’re using texi.

That is the method I use. I also use Microsoft Excel to produce our whole sale price sheets and convert them to PDF using the print output. Works great.
