Sorry for the late replay but what I meant was any other service that accept donation, other then paypal, where you do not have to be a non-profit organization and need tax ID # and have to show proof for it. But only for personal non-profit donations where anyone can accept donation for their site that is within the requirements and limitations of such services as paypal.
