I have a web design firm that has been massively growing over the last 2 years, going from a team of 5 to 20. We mainly do big builds, and web marketing. As we grow, I want to make sure we are taking advantage of the best resources out there...there may be several online services that I didn't even realize I needed. What I am using right now: Freshbooks for invoicing Teamwork.com for project management Dropbox for data storage/file sharing InfusionSoft for CRM Any other ideas of what we might be missing out on?
Check out slack (slack.com) for team communication. We're testing this out now with my team! So far so good.
