yes it is an expense,as every month,i have to buy too many electronic stuffs from Indiaplaza.In or else from eBay.In

Any thing you pay out to run your business (domain purchase and renewal, office space, utilities, internet service, hosting, web development, etc..)
In Australia, If you have an office at home you can claim a portion of: - Land rates - electricity - water bill and more. Perhaps its the same in your country.
