On the site im tracking most closely, MSN is producing 52% of my total traffic. Should be interesting to see how that shifts once i start to rank better on Yahoo and Google
Mine's lopsided like that too. I think it's easiest to rank on MSN, though that seems to be changing based on the last update.
Me, too. I seem to get twice as many search phrases on MSN's first page as I get for the same phrases on Google. And that probably brings more traffic than the statistical averages suggested for Google/MSN/Yahoo. MSN must be easier to rank higher on, or possibly I have accidentally swerved into content/seo/whatever that MSN likes better.
I get a little more than 10% of my traffic from MSN...I dont think the typical MSN user has any use for me...as I am fairly technical.
on my main 2 sites. the first msn is producing around 20% of all traffic (google = 3% / yahoo = 7%) the second msn is producing around 80% of all traffic (google = 1% / yahoo = 5%)
For my 2 most important sites which both have top 4 or better rankings across the 3 SEs for most keywords: G = 55% Y = 25% M = 15% all others = 5% /*tom*/
M = 33% G = 30% Y = 23% Other = 14% In the last month, but in the last 7 days google seems to be sending almost 50%.
For my main search engine optimized site: MSN: 30% GOOGLE:50% YAHOO: 0% others: 20% my main keyword is #2 or #3 (depends on the weather) on MSN and #385345723664237664286215454656234 on google, but I get a lot of google traffic for multiple word queries. and Yahoo just doesn't love me.. don't know why.
i was recieving high traffic from msn before giving it any real co-op weight but i think traffic has risen since using co-op
Mine seem to vary wildly. One site is 80% Google and 12% MSN and another is 50% MSN and 22% Google. Neither site seems to be "sandboxed". I can add a page and see it in the serps (complete with description) in under 48 hours.
For my new site (game) it's like: MSN 42.6% Yahoo 37.2%% Google 16.1% Others 4.1% For and older site (travel) it's like: Google 68.1% Yahoo 10.5%% MSN 8.2% Others 13.2%
For a new site that I have MSN delivers about 60% with Google at about 25% and Yahoo 15%. On well established sites it is all Google with a little from Yahoo and MSN contributing a visitor here and there.
For a new site that's been active since the 9th this month, MSN is 97% all of my traffic. I'm really surprised it's done as well as it has in the short amount of time it's been up. Ranking #1 for the keywords I targetted too.
