    Just about all niches have sites that have high PR.

    Niche = "a distinct segment of a market."

    All segments of the market will have websites that have high PR.

    I think you are having trouble asking the right question. Try re-phrasing it without using 'niche' and 'high pr' in the same sentence.

    The "computer" niche will have websites with high PR. Yes
    The "software" niche will have websites with high PR. Yes
    The "programming" niche will have websites with high PR. Yes
    The "technology" niche will have websites with high PR. Yes
    The "cooking" niche will have websites with high PR. Yes
    The "travel" niche will have websites with high PR. Yes
    The "health" niche will have websites with high PR. Yes

    Every single niche you can think of will have websites out there with high PR.

    This can't be what you are asking?

    Yeah niches aren't what give you high PR. Some niches are more popular, but in a lot of cases that makes it harder to get a high PR. On the other hand, if you find a relatively unique niche and create great content, then you will probably have a better chance of ranking high.

    Exactly. You can get high PR for your site/page no matter what niche you are in. There are no niches that are easier to get high PR than others.

    All that really matters is good content. if you have good content, and you promote and market your site appropriately, the good PR will come.
