Seems the majority of bid link directories I have seen are either general directories, or directories of directories. What is a good niche for a bid link directory? I ask because I have one sitting just waiting for a good niche. And I have searched, hunted, and gone here and there looking for a niche for that directory. And just can not find a decent niche.
Agree, gambling seems good, but pay attention to the "payment gateways", or else paypal might bother you.
FOr sure, no porn! Gambling no... Looked at games, but that is too narrow from what I see. Same with travel, real estate and insurance. Looking at webmasters (seo, hosting, programmers, etc). See what I have come up with so far. Let me know what other categories would be good. Webmasters Directory PS....please do not submit yet.
Take a look at Big Web Links and other popular bidding directories. You will get an idea which niche has how much demand. Directories seems to be the ones that are most likely to bid high in bidding directories. Shopping is a popular niche too. A niche directory may not get as high bids as a general bidding directory does. Less competition => less aggressive bidding.
