there are so many programs, try to set the niche first.. then choose a program, and promote it to the fullest (a lot of work has to be done to run it properly) before you apply for the next one.
If I were you I'd check for new trendy products and try to get dropshippers for it. Get a nice domain, set up the business and push promotional campaigns. Initiate an affiliate program and watch the sales going trough. Piece of cake
