    I don't think its possible to make your site static in Google serp's
    It will fluctuate naturally as and when it will find good content on other sites

    DawsOn is correct. There is virtually no way to guarantee a stable ranking - this is how Google (and all other SEs) work.

    The best thing you can do is keep SEOing your site, build links and get as high as humanly possible. Just remember to KEEP building links even after you rank high enough - or else your competitors will soon step on your toes and you'll be facing page #2 all over again.
