What must I do ?

    Dear DP members,

    as the tittle, i want to buy a service but it requires a credit card linked to my paypal account.
    I don't have any Credit cards to linking at Paypal account

    I was verified by local bank in my place,
    what must I do ?

    any suggestions ?

    You can't do anything in that. All you can do is find alternative service provider where you can send payment through paypal without cc attached.
