what music/song do you listen to when you had a hard stressful day

    sometimes i feel like listening to lady gaga poker face with maximum high volume when my day turns upside down and im feeling angry/stressed or i could listen to a lot of heavy/death metal swearing and sexual content on (i know this sounds weird people but thats how i feel about it)
