What modules would I need to create a page where certain content summaries are viewable to logged in users who can select a piece of content and be sent to a page where they can claim that assignment and no one other user can see it unless they release the assignment? I'd then like them to paste content into a webform in replay to the claimed content. Yeah, I know, it's real vague but I've seen it in action just don't know how to do it yet.
