What mobile plans exist in your country ?

Hello,

I come from France and here in France, we have some mobile plans which we call "frozen plan", that is to say, if you have a plan of $20 each month, you can't pay more than that, even if you buy rings or musics or if you phone more than what your plan allows you. In fact, you can't exceed the limit of your plan.

As it seems that many nationalities are on this forum, I wanted to ask everyone if this sort of mobile plans existed in your country ?

In fact, I will probably go to the US for one or two years very soon and so I would like to know if I will be able to find these plans in the US. So why not asking this question for more countries if other (French ?) people were interested in such plans.
