    Hello
    I run/own etc a computer hardware news/reviews site, i am "re launching it" (or paying attention to it after a few months ignoring it.... :eek: )

    Here are the tags I have at the moment ...
    What else needs adding/removing etc (apart from keywords/desc)?

    Also, what shall I put for my keywords/description? Its a normal computer hardware news/reviews site (there is a link to it from my profile).

    Thanks

    You can get rid of all but the first and the KW/Desc.

    Is there any advantage to deleting them? Otherwise i might as well keep them?Maybe theres a chance robots will "index,follow" more if there is that tag on all my pages?

    You'll safe bandwidth and disk space. The benefits are non-existant. You're telling the robot what it will do anyway. It's like telling Shearer it would be best to score a few goals. It's obvious and it's not going to help.

    You may wish to add:

    <meta name="MSSmartTagsPreventParsing" content="true" >
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us" >
    <link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon">

    Code (markup):
    If you don't want Microsoft products to automatically generate smart tags on your web pages, then simply include this tag. It must be included on each page of your site for which you do not desire this feature. It has no effect on smart tags which you insert yourself.

    Content Language may be usefull to programs for hearing impaired people, to select the proper language dictionary when "speaking" your site

    The last is.. i think you understand why..
