    Hello All,

I want you to tell me what you think matters the most to a customer in their decision when purchasing. All the websites sell the same products but have differences.

    Website #1
Website 1 has a great design. It is clean and neat. It has a fast website with good customer service. However it has higher prices then the other two websites.

    Website 2
Website 2 has great customer service. It has a personal staff and the lowest prices. However it has an out of date, slower website.

    Which one should you chose?

    Best Regards,
    Nick

If a site doesn't work as well as another I'm going to black mark it and look for something else. I do it all the time.

    Hello Borduhh,

Having a site that is optimized to convert will make you the most sales. A great product can be lost if it’s presented in a way that doesn’t grab the viewer’s attention and keep him interested. Also if the site is outdated and old their will be a lack of trust in the visitor's mind. No matter how cheap your product is if the visitor can't navigate through your site they will hit the back button in a second. Think about it this way...You can invest $100 to get $200 and make 100%. People who invest in improving their conversion rates, pay a few hundred dollars one time and take in thousands over the life of the changes to improving their site. You are investing pennies to get dollars. If your site isn't user-friendly or optimized for conversion, you're leaving money on the table.

I would be happy to answer more questions about your site and take a look at it.

    Kindly,

    Shelby
