What matters more, keywords in site body or meta tags?

I agree with that, greater importance but not the greatest.

 

For sure keywords matters in the site for getting index in Google also and for getting good click rates also most important for me is keyword placement ...

 

Keyword placement? Would you elaborate that? You mean in the article on your site? Does that really matter? and if it does, for who? you visitors or google?

page impressions=250
clicks=69
page CTR=27.60%
page eCPM=18.45$
are these good stats ? please advise

Keywords used 3% - 5% in body content values for and if used in meta tags then its worthless.

 

Your CTR is suspiciously high. Expect extra scrutiny from Google sooner or later. If they find you've been doing anything fishy you will be banned.
