I need to send an email out to over 25,000 members and dont know what email software to use.

Anyone know what the cheapest way of doing this would be?

    Thanks

Most hosting software (ie CPanel, Direct Admin, etc) have mailing list managers included. Have you seen if one is included?

That's a big list, how did you build it? You must have used already a mail software to build that list... plus double-optin! If you didn't your mails will be caught probably as spam :)

No i dont have mail software. The list is through a mysql database of all registered members to my site.

I was planning on exporting the database so i could send an email out to all registered members.

What software are you running for this site? If it's a CMS or a forum, they themselves may have a solution built in or with a plugin or module.

You may also want to bounce this off of your host. They may have a rate limit in place, a solution you can use, and/or rules within their ToS/AUP that prohibit such mailings.

No its nothing like that. Its a Symbian S60 site. Guests can come on, then register. When they do its saved into a mysql database automatically.

There is no forum or anything like that.
