What makes you buy a domain?

Would you buy a $120 domain from another guy? The domain that has no traffic, no PR, has not used...?

I don't think so..why would I buy such expensive price? Just because of the name? Why would you sell for such expensive price when you just have registered the domain for $12.00 without doing anything?...sounds unfair to me..

 

Always a good name, I don't care about anything else.

But sometimes it can’t help !
At most,name is the most important factor about domain valuation.
Traffic,page rank can be achieved under proper management & promotion,but not the exact distinct domain name !

 

unfair to whom? it's a first-come, first-serve system. If you want it, you pay. 120$ is really cheap.

About that example of 120$ domain, well you pay that much because that man had a great idea and found a great name!
