    Hawaii & real are in the URL and also most of their backlinks use that anchor text.

    It would be easier if you said why you don't think it should be number 1

    That was straight off the top looking at the info you posted, without even looking at the page content or other competing sites. I knew other people would chip in :D . So based on my SEO Expirience (still under 6 months) having the 2 of out 3 in your url is a big advantage. Even if people link back wih just the url you still have two keywords in there.
