what kinda limitation is this? please help..

    Why is my account access limited?
    Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
    Feb 20, 2012: We received a complaint from another PayPal user who indicated that either they never received merchandise they purchased from you or they received an item that was significantly not as described.

    (Your case ID for this reason is PP-xxxx xxxx xxxxx .)


    this limitation cannot be appealed..


    THE MOST FUNNY THING IS I HAVE NEVER SOLD A SINGLE ITEM.. MY ACCOUNT IS A SEND ONLY ACCOUNT AND i CANNOT RECEIVE OR REQUEST MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.. it has no receiving option.
    SO HOW COME I SOLD SOMETHING..
