what kind of vcc are there ?

    ok i want to know what kind of vcc's are there ? usa vcc ? indian vcc ? or something else ?

    i want to know cause my country don't support paypal so i want to get a vpn and a vcc and a bank activation so please someone tell me some info about this so my account don't get limited

    for example i get an indian vcc and indian vpn ?

    ps : iam not asking to buy vcc iam just asking for info so i don't want someone to say it's not allowed here

    VCC are same whether they of India or USA or any other country.

    Well, if your country doesn't supports PayPal then better don't use it !
    Otherwise your account will get limited soon and you will lose your all money.

    well its risky

    When i made real paypal account they used to limit it always even after submitting docs
    Im using USA vpn for paypal from 8 months .. not been limited even a single time. It depends on IP range.

    Well i suggest get vcc from any websites vccbank.com shopvcc.com vccorder.com
    and then apply for real USA bank account from vccorder with ATM Card. Itworks.
