Well you will not make jale but your host can take your content down .I remember in the past i do the same thing on a bloger blog and after sime time after some dmca complayints they deleted my blog .Take known srv host and they cannot take it down doesnt matter about dmca
Just open up to them... They will bring down your post and reduce your trust on search engine... Better still don't go against them
