What kind of template/theme is used for this wordpress website

I have a client who wants me to design his site to go along the same lines as this site - collegestock.com

i have seen this exact same layout on other sites around the web and from what i can tell is that the back end is indeed wordpress..but i havent been able to find any theme that remotely looks like this.

if someone can point me to the area where a theme like this is - id really appreciate it.

I hadn't such a theme for free/paid downloads from anywhere. I can create one like that!

 

That is a custom made theme. I have searched through the css style-sheets and there is no trace of free theme

 

I'm with you on that one! It's a custom made theme. It must have taken him months to accomplish that...
