What kind of template is this?

I am starting up an essay writing service but I am unable to locate a suitable template.

Can anybody tell me what kind of template is on this website, and where I can find one quickly to buy? I've been on various premium websites but the whole Wordpress, E-Commerce etc confuses me.

That site is not built on WP. It's just HTML pages from the ones I saw. And likely a bespoke design looking at.

Yeah it's not Wordpress. If it was wordpress you would see references to wp-content in paths to images and in their stylesheets and various other things that give it away.

 

so why not move it to wordpress, wouldnt take long at all

 

@cadsii, he specifically said he wants something he can just buy and use instead of waiting for someone to develop a custom theme for him.
