What kind of software They used?

Please, anyone can tell me what kind of software they used for this little animation? Is that after effects or just random 3rd party software. http://instagram.com/p/ekT7uYp3tv/. Need a quick answer. Can I make this kind of animation at FLASH?

i dont' thik you understand what photoshop actually is

photoshop = image manipulation software

this is a fractal ANIMATION

it will make a animated gif or a swf file, with a product image on top.

 

It doesn't allow me to save file as gif or swf it only support .xaf or .xpf file and photoshop doesn't support this format

 

try to export, it should be able to export in swf or .gif format.

use other softwares if you have to.
