I believe that is a custom top site script, since that site seems to have been there for a long time, but im sure you can take a regular topsite script and add mods to it

seems to me a beginning site but perhaps the same scriptengine of the first in this treath. Because of the simularity I think ther must be a basic script for this sites ... nobody knows ???
