What kind of promotion accounts (Instagram)?

They started spamming me in the comments to posts on Instagram. What are these accounts and has anyone used promo on these accounts?
As these:
@Picturesque.idol
@HEAVEN_OF_TRAVEL_
@earthtravel.idol
@worldwide__travelers

 

Is it possible to deal with these accounts or is it some kind of scam?

 

Is it shoutout pages?

 

This happens often, didn't get the chance to encounter these profiles but I did similar ones. You can report them so that they don't bother you in the future.

 

What is their meaning anyway? Can you send me your profiles?

 

Seems like you are posting travel, hospitality related pictures on instagram ..... There are many tools on which you can set your targeted hashtags and comment to related posts. I got related comments on one of my client's account like "Promote in on etsy at this _etsy_shopping account" (Like this). So either ignore these comments or report them.

Sometimes i notice that few of these account holders manages good number of followers and they charge for post your matter in his account, thats why they are approaching you
