What kind of price should I expect to have high quality articles written?

Please define "quite quickly" - I had a lot of discussions with someone a while ago regarding the normal average output for decent articles that require some research, too and it would be really useful to know what others consider to be "normal" when it comes to an average amount of words/hour/day of writing/researching stuff.
