What kind of plug ins & Theme use in this web site ?

    They are using some theme named TBR. I am not sure what it means. And for your plugin query, We can't tell the exact numbers without visiting their wordpress admin panel.

    TBR obviously stands for "This Blog Rules" and it is very likely that the theme is custom built.

    As mentioned above, you would need access to the admin panel to determine which plugins are used. Some will appear in the source code for the site, but not all.

    Just from looking at the code on the index page...
    Plugins:
    WP-PageNavi
    Digg Digg
    Simple Tags

    You can work out more by blindly typing in plugin names to
    ***.com/wp-content/plugins/PLUGIN DIRECTORY NAME
    and seeing if it brings up a directory.

    Or write a script to do it. :D
