What kind of music do you listen during text creting?

I like rock or country..

 

We realize that you are from Sweden and that English is not your first language. But this is *Copywriting* forum after all and the writing standards are higher here than in the other forums.
Having written that, the word is to be written as "created". Now as to your question, I listen to only Swedish music when I write.......ABBA.

 

I don't listen to music while working and that includes any writing that I am doing. I either have complete silence or I have 24-hour cable news droning softly in the background. Rarely hear any of it, of course, as it is really just background noise to me while I am concentrating on the task at hand.

@Spoiltdiva didn't they recently come out with a Broadway musical about ABBA? Have you seen it?

I don't listen any music while working.

 

As for me, I cannot listen to music while writing some article. It is absolutely distracting for me and I cannot concentrate on my work.

 

I hear you and will agree. A lot of the time when I used to write for the advertising firm I needed complete silence. But these days when I write it is usually for my own personal benefit, and I have soft music going in the background.

 

The Budos Band and other soul music. However, most of the time I just playback the mixes into Spotify, which are already tuned to my tastes.

 

It depends on my mood, sometimes I prefer to work in an absolute silence especially when the task is really hard or important. If I do listen to music, I prefer it to be without any lyrics and voice because human speech usually distracts from the thoughts.

 

I like listen to music, however when it comes to creating content, I try to concentrate on it in total silence. I started to notice that I'm getting much more productive, when I work in total silence, nevertheless, sometimes, I have a mood to listen to music while working. In this case, I prefer calm music without lyrics, just instrumentals, for example, soul genre. I dn't recommend to listen to music because it distracts a lot in most cases, but, I know there are some people who are able to listen to harsh music like hard rock or heavy metal during their work. It's really worth respecting lol.

 

Quite the same thing about me. I am envious with people who can listen to the music and write content at the same time. I wish I could do it as well.
