I have a Greece language website. On page SEO are really good. Now I want to do off page SEO. So What kind of links will be perfect for ranking?

Citations are always good because its giving reputation for your online business. Try to get links from mid of contents by guest posting on different IPs blogs or by share unique articles according to your keywords to reputed and high DA article directories. These two ways will give you more benefits.

I tried to answer to you in detail but my post didn't pass for some reason. Here is the short version again:

Get backlinks from Greek language websites and that are hosted in Greece. Use Firefox addon Flagfox to check where a website is hosted.

Use keywords you want to rank for to finds Greek websites that would accept a guest post from you. Contact them and suggest a couple of topics to write about. Those are your best quality links.

TIP: Open a LinkedIn profile and write an article with an anchored link back to your website. Google loves LinkedIn and yes it is possible to publish article on it. I've done it and so have many others. Do the same for Facebook, also very powerful for linking.
