What kind of links should I get?

I've started filling up my directory with sites. I plan to manually add PR4 and up high quality websites to the list.

So now I want to get some PR for my site. Unfortunately, I lost the PR4 that I had once. Which do you think is the better way as far as PR and money are concered? Submitting to few high PR6+ sites? or Submitting to many PR 3+ sites?

Why not add some PR9 and PR10 sites to your directory?

 

I've already added many PR 10 sites. And plan to add PR9 sites in the next two days. I've just started. Almost all the sites I've entered are PR 8+. Thanks

 

I think 5 links in each category to get started will do fine.

If you can afford a buncha PR6 then that would be a wiser choice, if as you say your budget is of limited...buncha PR3's is the next options.
