what kind of google ads are these?

    I found a site that looks kind of like a parked page,

    but it has some kind of redirect php links googlesyndication or something (I never clicked on any).....

    it doesn't say "Ads by google" or anything, but the links seem to be?

    I don't understand what kind of ads these are.... can someone explain?

    there is no thing that says "ads by google"

    but if I hover over the links without clicking, I can see that the links go to some kind of php redirect that has the words "googlesyndication" in it

    Those are indeed google ads but run as "Parking Page". The company providing parking pages are premium publishers which is actually insane since its like supporting a MFA website by giving them access to premium ads.
