What Kind Of Forum Should I Make To Sell?

I currently own a forum, I get 25 to 50 registered per day so it is going very good. I am wondering, what is a popular topic I should use for a forum, so it will sell fast?

Well my advertising skills are good, so I am going to make a forum, advertise it, then sell it. :) I just don't know what kind of forum I should make.

    Offtopic:

I see you are new here; I seldom see proper grammar or even completed or syntactically correct words and sentences here. From people not having English as native language (like myself), I can understand this. However most UK, US and IN (arguably having English as first language) people write the most horrible drivel you can imagine and then expect people to buy their products and services. Proper writing skills are underestimated here for sure.

I understand what this guy is trying to say. Let me translate to english =

Hey guys. I already have a forum that gets 25-50 new users a day. What I want to know is a popular topic that I can make a new forum around, so that later, when it's bigger, I can sell for money.

I really wouldn't Recommend starting a forum because there is about a forum for everything and there really isn't no money in forums anymore.

You are not going to receive huge offers for a new formum unless it brings in a large chunk of revenue.

If you are that good, and can build not just registered users, but recurring traffic, then any topic will do. Heck, if you are that good, build them 10 at a time. Just find the highest grossing Adwords on google, and start building.

I have no suggestions for you but I definitely agree with the people here who've said you shouldn't make a forum. If you're good at advertising, get a wholesaling deal and start your own e-commerce store. If you're strapped for cash, have goods dropshipped for a while and then go wholesale.

You could even start with a more content-driven website like a good resource site and build traffic to that. But forums? I recommend against them.

If you are asking for a forum topic I recommend something about money making online. Just be sure no one would be able to spam the forum. Some people takes advantage of this forum topic and posts their referral links from their affiliate sites.

You should post recent news such as breaking news of your country.
So that more user will post their view at your forum thus generate money.

NO! I am just saying, I have a popular website, so I can easily make another so I am going to set it aside. Make another forum, to sell for extra money. What should my new forum be bases on? I basically just need popular topics.

I would personally say that you should make a botting forum, like botting freebies, and using bots to get free items.

I was a admin on a botting forum for 5 years, and gained over $400 a month in ad revenue from AdSense.
Hire me if you are interested in making a botting forum, I have much more experience than anyone else, I only use Vbulletin.

If you have a forum getting '25 to 50' registrations a day I think it is a little late to 'choose at topic'.
