I've found that a lot of people don't realize B2B CRMs don't work well for B2C businesses. In fact, B2B CRMs are very different than B2C CRMs, including: Serving sales vs. marketing Managing accounts vs. people Tackling predictable vs. unpredictable sales cycles Would love to see if anyone is using a B2C CRM, or making it work with a B2B CRM right now.
As you probably know, there are literally dozens of CRM systems out there. My one piece of advice, is to try and use a CRM that is integrated with your accounting, inventory, ecommerce, etc. system. You'll save a ton of time by avoiding duplicate entry, reducing room for human error, and having all of your company's information in one place.
Are you using GMail for your business? I would then recommend you try out Streak CRM for GMail. It's integrated from within GMail and works flawlessly for all our needs at least. I'm sure you'll grow to like it just like us. I love the fact that it includes a mail tracking feature so you can see when a prospective lead opens up your email.
I am using WooCommerce as my e-commerce store and WooCommerce Customer Relationship Manager from CodeCanyon serves better so far although very few functionality.
Sorry for update an old topic. We're integratin and use into our own company Bitrix24. Do a lot of integration with CMS/eCommerceCMS and accounting software. BTW some eCommerce have integrated CRM, they're good for the first time. But when you planning grow your team you should stick with software that have all in one functionality.
