Just because you pick the higher paying content doesn't mean you will get a high price per click payout. There are many factors at play. MFA sites are not what Google wants and they are not going to encourage them by having high payouts.

How many true Experts are making Mesothelioma sites? And how are you doing a service to people with Mesothelioma by throwing up another crappy MFA site? You think these people appreciate coming across a pice of crap MFA?

Health, credit cards, loans, financial, etc. Also the less links you have in your content the more likely your ads are likely to get clicked plus a good positioning would be great to.

Yeah, I got a $2 click the other day on a sports-related site I run, so it's certainly possible to attract higher-paying advertisers without necessarily having your site content focus exclusively on the highest-paying keywords. As Google states in its own advice to webmasters, creating high-quality content that users find valuable and link to on their own is the best way to succeed.

i think it's not important . if you work with the keywords which pays high, it will be very difficult to get click to your adsense. focus on your daily visitors count. it will be better for you

I think any professional niche is the way to go, really develop a nice network around a set of keywords and you'll be all set. For example, I had a 7 site, 15 blog network centered around homebrewing and once people go so deep in the network, the adsense really paid off well for me. Hope this information helps.
