what kind of commenting system would let visitors comment on each section of a page?

    (comment box for paragraph 1 and comments left about it)

    Paragraph 2


    (comment box for paragraph 2 and comments left about it)

    If I used Disqus or something, might it just put all comments into one because obviously I wouldn't want the same set of comments to repeat.
