What kind of code is this?

I'm working on a project and I can't update the menu because I don't understand the code. I've Googled it with not much success. Anyone know what this is or how works?

That's a very small snipit of the entire thing, however if you recognize it please give me some information on what is is, how to edit it or anything you can.

    Thanks

I may be mistaken, but from the little I've done of it, it looks like it could be XUL.

It's some sort of CSS pop-out menu thing. I hear that it's a GoLive thing. I think. Now I need GoLive.

A search for csaction returns lots of pages with similar looking code, like here . It appears to have something to do with frontpage

I recognize it as code that GoLive writes when you build roll-overs and such. I'm not sure you will find too many tutorials on how to develop or use it but I hope for your sake I'm wrong. If you opened the pages in GoLive it would probably make more sense with the GUI around it.
