what kind of CMs that site use

first its a site in arabic n i wanna do something like that site
and that site using a nice cms
i tried to view the source code in my browser but i coudnt find any thing to get to know that script
i just hope someone can help me

I am not sure.. I guess it is custom made script..

 

Keep in mind maktoob is one of oldest site of Arabic ... i am 100% sure it is used it own script
