What kind of CMS for templates?

    I want to start building real estate websites based on templates form the templatemonster. What kind of software is more appropiate for handling content management in this situation or is that even possible?

    You could use Joomla, Drupal or even Wordpress. For this cms you will find many good templates.

    maybe Wordpress...they have good templates for this use :)
