what kind of black should i use when designing for CMYK print?

    i am designing presentation folder
    with metalic silver texts/graphics on top of the black surface.

    my question here is what kind of black(for background) should i use when printing.

    i was advised not to use standard black for the background
    so, at the moment i am using this cyan black instead (C:20% M:0% Y:0% K:100%)



    or should i use pantone black c?

    i wish my color to look similar to color shown n linked image below:[​IMG]
