    it's Adsense ads but with errors, and seems like he likes it this way, he is not a premium publisher I know that from the other ad with "ads By Google" ..

    yes its a 100% google ads ,

    1- he messed up with the google script ?
    2- error in his coding page caused this issue , i see the ads completly at the right ?
